eBay and Craigslist are two of the most well known sites on the internet to buy and sell new and second-hand items. The big question many people ask themselves is: "
How and
where do I get started
?!?" MyBrotherSteve has staff here that has a long history with eBay and Craigslist, and can help you with your auction and selling needs. If you are looking to sell some items, we have an
auction fee chart to look at. The fees on the chart typically include taking photos, creating the auction page, hosting photos, and helping you pack and ship the
item(s) to the buyer.
We are proud to offer our own photo hosting, if you need to post more pictures than eBay allows, before they start charging extra (or if you need to have more than the maximum of 4 pics that Craigslist allows). In addition, our auction page descriptions look like a well designed web page instead of plain text running all the way across the entire width from side to side on a plain white background. Presentation can make a BIG difference in how buyers perceive the value of your auction and their willingness to bid.
You can see the difference in the photos to the left (just click on a thumbnail pic to enlarge), between a standard auction listing page and one of several we create for our clients. Buyers
notice the difference! We have dozens of styles to work with, so your items are put in just the right setting to attract good buyers. Once your items are sold, we'll collect payment from the buyers, work with you to make sure that everything will be packed appropriately, and you'll have an invoice along with a check for your net profilt after the auction fee and the Ebay/Paypal fees, or from an item that was sold on Craigslist. What a great way to find a new home for things you're not using anymore, and to put some extra cash in your pocket at the same time.
Remember, when they ask you who helped you
with ANY of your computer needs... just tell them "My Brother Steve did!"
Now
YOU have a brother in the computer business!
